At our Birkenhead Point store, we’re looking for an energetic and customer‑focused Part-Time Sales Associate to help us deliver the iconic Coach experience every day. About the Role As a Sales Associate, you will bring the Coach brand to life by creating meaningful client connections, delivering elevated service, and supporting overall store performance. You’ll play an important part in a collaborative, high-performing retail environment where your passion for people and product truly matters. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, genuine, and personalised service to every client Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business Achieve individual and store sales targets Maintain store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards Support daily operations including stock management, replenishment, and POS tasks Represent the Coach brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture What We’re Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or premium retail ideal) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach Passion for fashion, accessories, and luxury brands Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 24 hours per week - structured set roster Why Join Coach?
